The staff were welcoming and nice, very clean, loved the pool and jacuzzi! Theres no showers or changing room, definitely a dry off by the pool and go straight home resort but its great, will be back soon!

Gets the Job Done! 

Booked a resort pass for Delta Marriott in Anaheim. Arrived around 11:30am checked in and set our stuff in pool area. There was some maintenance happening at pool area but no big deal. 

Went to have lunch and when we returned, we were told pool area was closed and asked us to leave. Needless to say we did not get to use the or enjoy the pool. 

Front desk seemed unaware that their pool was closed. Was told they would reach out to Resort Pass to get our money back but have not heard from them. 

Waste of a day. 

Pool Closed

We had a very pleasant day at this hotel. The pool was a great temperature and the area was clean, plenty of lounge chairs as well as umbrellas for shade. Close to the restaurant, bathrooms, and the little market inside the lobby. I think a nice addition would be so me music.

I love coming here, the staff is great, towels are always stocked and its a quick and easy check in.

Great daycation

Just a wonderful day we had a great time. Pool temperature was spot on and the Jacuzzi was awesome. Got there at 11 in the morning and didntGot there at 11 in the morning and didnt leave till 730 at night leave tell 8pm Staff was most excellent 

Great day away 

This was my first time using Resort Pass and I had booked the delta by Marriott hotel Day pass that came with the pool and jacuzzi access so my friend and I could have a relaxing day but unfortunately this hotel was bad. The pool area was ok but the jacuzzi did not work. The water was luke warm but the jets were not working. The jacuzzi was'nt even cleaned and was dirty with sand and rocks. The bathrooms in the pool area were locked so we had to go use the bathrooms in the hallway by the restaurant. The Starbucks in the hotel can only be purchased through card or cash as it did not accept gift cards or the starbucks apps rewards program so that was pointless. The breakfast buffet they offered was a rip-off for $23/pp. Overall this was not a very good first experience using resort pass.
