We enjoyed a day at the Westin. Pools were nice and well maintained, swim up bar, lots of chairs. The servers were very attentive and the snack food we had was good.

There was only one server working the pool bar and BlueFin restaurant. There should be at least 3 servers to better serve your guest, especially when hungry.

Great beach area, the pool so clean and warm , the server was really nice.! Definitely im coming back soon.

Love the experience from complimentary parking to checking in to the pool. It was nice to know the welcoming atmosphere and feeling at ease. The amenities and staff was really nice.

Spa: The womens sauna is minuscule, the steam room is big. The jets in the womens jacuzzi didnt work. The drain in the shower wasnt draining well enough to prevent water from going under the door on to the floor. The attendants/staff were perfection. Not overly impressed with the shower/hair products provided. What was great was that it was basically empty all day on a Monday, and I went between spa and outdoor pool all day. The resort had no check in location. Access was denied into fitness center which was advertised as part of our pass. Over 50% of the pool area was closed for a private event so very little space. Overall- disappointed

I purchase a family pass and met all my expectations. Great facility and service, the amenities are amazing. Very clean and modern, will definitely make it a regular.
