Had a great time. The only negative was they did not have enough staff to support the restaurant and bar. I felt bad for the one bartender/waiter/ host who was handling over 50 people. Management should have given him more support. Overall it was a great experience.

Perfect! 

Front desk team was helpful and friendly. Beautiful and large pool overlooking the bay. Terrific walk up bar with friendly service and delicious food. I would have liked the pool heated warmer and umbrellas, which accounts for only 4 out of 5 stars. We really enjoyed the relaxing vibe and will be back!

Double Tree

When we arrived, the towels were all gone. We notified the front desk and towels were replenished quickly. There is both shade and sun, which was great. The pool water was not cold, but a very comfortable temperature. I did not use any other facilities , but can tell you that parking was included, just had to take the ticket to the desk for validation and keep it to show when exiting the property. Can of beer cost $7 each. 

Lovely Day

Terrible check-in experience. First staff member was unfamiliar with the program  and the second staff member was not  any more familiar and asked me if I was ready to die that day. Besides her very strange sense of humor, she she just couldnt figure out how to locate my reservation and was about to send me on my way. About when I was ready to walk away a third staff member appeared and said she knew how to handle the reservation and I was able to use the facility.  Hotel pool was ok, would not go back. not worth the trouble of the bad check in experience.

Terrible check-in, Property Ok

The location was great, the pool view was fantastic, and the staff at the hotel was so friendly. Parking is validated and they even welcome you with water and a cookie! 

Perfect day 

Check in was smooth. The view was spectacular from my lounge chair. The pool was warm and the bathroom was super clean. They had nice summer music playing and it was just a chill vibe. After about 3 hours of tanning and pool time, I decided to walk to the bar and order a margarita. That was honestly the worst margarita I had in my life. Overall, it was great. I'd go again and just stick to my bottled water.
