We went as a group for our 40th and had a blast. All inclusive, beach and pool, food and drinks all day- there was something for everyone! 

So Fun! 

This was my first and definitely not my last time using resortpass. The process was super simple and the resort was amazing. Definitely worth the money!

First time using resortpass

The amenities were great, but you cant go in the ocean because of the horrible rocks! Not shells or pebbles, big sharp rocks!! When we first got there, we realize it was not in the water and we thought maybe it was because there was a current. We then realized that everybody would go in for a second and come out because of the rocks.

Rocky Beach

So being a former travel agent I was disappointed in the staff mostly and the property needs improvements.
The all inclusive package whether you do it with resort pass or directly thru a cruise ship is not worth it. 
Cabanas are only for timeshare holders now. Plenty of lounge chairs on the beach and by the pool, though some are broken and in sad shape. 
The food is meh! Its edible but not great. 
The alcoholic drinks are all well and on the sweet side so if you are diabetic I definitely dont recommend it!
They have premium liquor but they wont let you buy it, I tried with several bartenders and all said no very rudely that it was for Only Club Viva members. 
Many handicap accessible areas were not kept up, as a matter of fact only saw one that was kept clean and free of sand and debris. 
When you get off the ship one guy will tell you its $10 pp and then when you are in the taxi, its $35-$40 each way.

Cant ask for much better than this beachfront resort! Great atmosphere, great Bahamian hospitality. 

Great location, all-inclusive resort

Receiving staff not organized nor very informative. Lost about 40 minutes from the limited time at the hotel to start enjoying. Buffet staff not so helpful and somewhat rude. Water activities were by appointment and did not have much time to do all as we had limited time to return back to the cruise boat. I think I paid a lot of money and do not feel it was worth it. 

Average 

We were visiting on a cruise day. East check in and right off to the beach. The sands were clean and plush. All the chairs were organized. The main bar was open as we walked in and the beach bar opened at 11 and kept drinks coming all day long. We only ate at the grill on the beach and it was very good and fresh grilled burgers! The property was clean and the staff was friendly. We were there with our two children 6&2, and it was a great day! Would absolutely go back.

Great for the Day

This pass is just to chill by the beach. Not much was happening. The food was sitting a bit too long outside. The drinks on point.  There were a few beach vendors, just ignore them. 

A ok place

Beach and pool is great, drinks great, I had a day pass from the cruise, only problem is no AC in the lobby and dining room! It was very hot
