The Spa at the Crescent 

Just want I was hoping for, a great way to spend the morning before going to see family and eat. The spa was immaculately maintained by friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room. And to my surprise staff was available to do massages. I enjoyed every aspect of my visit to this stunning hotel and spa. I will be going back 

My new Thanksgiving Tradition 

We booked a day pass and paid $200 
Upon checking we were told that few amenities like Pool and other things are closed.
It was my birthday today and it all spoiled my day plan...

Terrible experience 

The spa was lovely. I cannot wait to experience it again

I enjoyed the entire experience 

The pool itself is nice.  No staff at the pool.  No water, no ice, no food or beverage service.  We were supposed to get a complimentary champagne.  Never offered.  To get food, you had to call room service.  Chips were stale and had to be replaced.  Not my idea of a Daycation for $75.  

Underwhelmed 

I treated my daughter to a day at the Crescent Court. We had an amazing time, excellent service, awesome massages, good food and delicious drinks. 

Much  needed R&R 

I absolutely loved this spa! You would be doing yourself a disservice if you do not at least check it out. From valet parking to relaxing in the lounge, the service was immaculate. I absolutely loved the different levels that offered different amenities. The staff was so eager to give me a tour of the facility and kept checking in on me. Felt like a Queen!

Everyone treating me well! I stayed at the spa for almost the whole day. It was busy, but I still felt like I had all the privacy I needed in the whirlpool and sauna since most were there for nail and massage services. The locker room was clean and stocked with everything you needed. My only criticism here: The chlorine in the steam from the whirlpool was starting to irritate my eyes, it was a little too much steam/too hot in there. Also, I went on a Sunday and had lobster brunch. The service was excellent and options expansive. Only criticism there was the lobster itself needed more seasoning. It would also be nice to have the option of just getting the tail or claw meat. They slice the entire lobster in half, I just don't like my food starring back at me! Other than that, it was really good. I will certainly be back the next time I need a stay-cation! 

Really Good Service, Minor Changes Needed

I spent a wonderful day in the spa and pool at the Crescent. I spent quite a bit of time in the sauna and whirlpool, as well as using the gym and just relaxing in the lounge. The service is impeccable. Once I headed to the pool, there were three attendants to serve food, drink, and set you up on a lounge chair. Be aware that the pool is very small, and it is highly likely you won't get a seat unless you get there when it opens. If you come just before lunch however, the likelihood that you can catch someone leaving is good. 

Great day spent at the Crescent

Disappointed in the Crescent.  I used to be a member so I was used to great service.  Unfortunatley, the service has gone downhill. I tried to book several spa services for my sister and I.  Our only option was a massage.  This was odd since the spa was pretty empty.  They need to hire more employees. No service at the pool until noon. No chairs were available. 
Our package said we were given a $45 cyrotherapy session.  That read to me that it was included, not that I would be charged that amount.  We had to ask 3 times for a glass of champagne.  Then they tried to charge us for it when we checked out.  

Service was poor at The Crescent 

I will look for another hotel for my next day of relaxation.  The pool needs updating.  And while the spa has been renovated, the staff lacked the skill and ability to provide the quality of massage that you would expect at a Rosewood property....especially at the prices that they charge.  It was a little disappointing.  

The Hotel Crescent Court left little to be desired
