Royal Palm South Beach

Resort Pass description didnt say umbrellas were extra. Lobby looked beautifully redone, but once you got to the beach, it stopped there. Chairs and cushions severely worn!! no towels available. I was told one would be brought to me rather, I had to chase down an attendant on the beach to get one of the very few they had. Not the cleanest beach. Towards the end of the day, while I was sleeping, the attendant came and took my umbrella after I had already paid for it. Staff was unfriendly with the exception to the female bartender. Went previously to TrumpsWent previously to Trumps resort and the Savoy. I would highly recommend them both over this experience!!

Misleading

The hotel was very nice, the concierge and other employees were very helpful. The pools were not heated and it was a little chilly out so it was a bit too cold for us to use it. However we did enjoy the hot tub. Food and drink prices were on par with south beach but there were no minimums which was good. Beach chairs were included and pool side chairs were first come first serve, we went on a Wed and there were plenty of chairs available. Towels were also included. Overall a nice day.

We had a good day and the weather was great - everything operated smoothly.  One suggestion is for the main pool to be heated - was surprised at the pool temp but still used it.

Enjoyed our day pass!  The location and service was excellent.  Right on beach so we were able to enjoy beach too!

This Hotel never gets old for me; this is like my 4th Resort Pass Here. Despite the 4th or July crowd, the staff worked really hard to serve, ans please the demands of their guest; will be back soon :)
