The Perry Hotel & Marina Key West

My family and I visited on our port day while on a cruise! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Sarah was super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond. The property was beautiful and relaxing. The free shuttle to the downtown area was convenient for our return back to the downtown area/cruise port. I will be returning here on my upcoming cruise back to Key West!

Amazing Hidden Gem

First of all the poolside service is great. The server was everywhere and brought out drinks and food quickly. The food was not good as is the case everywhere in the keys. You are paying for the location. It was a sunday and I would have expected music by the pool but there was no piped in music, live music or a dj. Wings looked like plucked chickens and completely unappetizing. My moscow mule, which is a pretty easy drink to make tasted terrible and very heavy on the lemon It would have been nice if it was served in a copper mule cup. I was given a 20% off all drinks bc of the resort pass which was nice. There is a 20% poolside service charge which they are upfront about and is standard in the keys. 

Great location; subpar food

I rented a cabana and it was $150 for the day and included a bottle of champagne and two free drinks from the bar plus a server. It was 2 people per cabana so great for couples! I felt like we got a lot of bang for our buck. The front desk greeter was super nice and we were greeted with a glass of champagne upon our arrival on top of what came with our cabana. I would definitely come back again! 

A lot for the price 

Beautiful property! The pool was the highlight - perfect temperature and a perfect view. Service fantastic, good food, nice surroundings, neat, tidy and clean. 10/10!

Gorgeous hotel, two pools. One pretty busy another empty in shaded area. Perfect for someone who wants to relax and read by the pool which exactly what I did! Upon arrival in was greeted with a warm smile & was checked in very quickly. I was given a complimentary champagne bottle. The experience was awesome to say the least! Wow me and my family will be back.

Great heated pools

Paid for a day pass to enjoy Easter. Lounger chairs were very uncomfortable. Pool area is right next to a marina . A man ran his generator for several hours while he pressure washed boats and deck. Food was terrible. Potatoes cold and bun dry. $4 for a club soda mostly ice.

From front desk checkin, to parking to meeting Nathan and Andrea at the pool our day at the pool was exactly what to best friends needed after not seeing eachother for a long time. We loved all the food, drinks and service.
