OYO Hotel & Casino Las Vegas

The bartender was AMAZING and so was the DJ. Unfortunately, the cabanas do not have fans and there was a HORRIBLE smell of sewage throughout the entire pool area. 

First - checking in was a mess. No one knew what resort pass or a day pass was, so we were sent around to 5 different places before we were able to get settled.

Second - the pools were not heated as the listing says. They were both super cold.

Third - they tried to charge gratuity on the day bed as well as food and beverage. The listing only says 18% gratuity would be applied to the food and beverage purchased, and it created a huge hassle.

Fourth - the credit at the Splash Cantina was nice, but it was a super limited menu.

The wait staff and bartender were great. The lifeguards, casino rewards desk, and hotel registration workers were very nice. Management or marketing just needs to actually tell their employees what a day pass is and how to check in. The instructions on the resort pass website should also be corrected (you don't go to the check in desk- you go to the Splash Cantina itself near the pool).

It wasn't a totally horrible day, but I will definitely not come back.

Kind of a mess

The property didn't seem to know that they were part of ResortPass. We spoke to 4 people to finally take advantage of our reserved poolside seating. We did not receive complimentary water bottles that were advertised. The pool was fine and the service once we were seated was good. However, the restroom/fitness center a foul, sewage smell that detracted from the experience significantly. This was my first time using ResortPass and Im not sure if I'll try it again.
