I was not expecting the fruit platter AND a glass of champagne!! I already thought it was a great offer just hanging by the pool but they really made it better !!

My day at the Marina del Rey Marriott, courtesy of Resort Pass, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with the utmost hospitality, making me feel like a VIP. The complimentary welcome bag, complete with a delightful bowl of fresh fruit and two bottles of water, was a charming touch that set the tone for the day.

The pool area and jacuzzi were pristine and inviting, offering a perfect oasis to relax and unwind. The poolside ambiance was enhanced by the exceptional service from the staff, who were attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Lunch at the hotel restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, adding a touch of culinary delight to my day. 

What truly stood out, however, was the unparalleled level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect in every way. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail made my visit unforgettable. 

A Day of Luxury and Exceptional Service

Pool was clean and warm, we were so happy because the sun was out but it was still a lil cold and the pool was just right and jacuzzi was awesome, pool area and bathrooms all Clean, checkin was smooth, staff was all kind and friendly... we had a wonderful day.. 

A lil Chili kinda day..

Nice little new addition to the Resortpass lineup. The lobby staff member was very welcoming. Not sure if this was just because this Marriott is new to Resortpass or if this will be an everyday treat, but she explained that someone would greet me with a goodie bag once I settled in. What a surprise!  A very nice associate dropped off a bag with a small fruit plate with Greek yoghurt dip and water bottles. We've enjoyed ourselves at many different resortpass locations, but this was definitely a first!  Later, ordering room-service dinner delivered to the pool was very easy (and again, the associate to deliver it was very nice)!  I only have two small complaints about this location: the pool was extremely small (the hot tub was of adequate size). Also, we most enjoy locations that offer indoor showers with changing rooms. This hotel does not offer this amenity. Overall though, the cons were not enough to lower their score. Fun day!

Fun day!

Pool and Jacuzzi were great not too crowded. No kids around bar and bar. Food were great. I really recommend the shrimp and lobster risotto.
