Paradiso Charleston

Paradiso was a first class pool experience! The staff and servers were top notch. Ordering food and beverages was super easy. I even had a glass of Frose delivered to me while I was in the pool!!! The panini that I had was awesome and the portions were generous. I could only eat half and the server offered to box up the rest and keep it refrigerated until I left. The pool was huge and totally refreshing. I cant wait to visit again. 5 Stars

Amazing Pool Day!!!

Loved my time at Paradiso CHS today. I wasn't aware that the place was family-friendly, but the atmosphere was welcoming to everyone and the community extremely friendly. Loved that there were extensive lawn games and staff-sponsored activities for families with kids in addition to the Adults Only sim section of the pool for splash-free lounging. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available throughout the day, even on a summer Saturday, and the QR code food & beverage ordering was a deliciously relaxing combo with wait staff bringing your order straight to your pool lounger and side table. Will absolutely come back on my next day-cay!

Great facility! Family and adult-only friendly!

It fit our needs. Had time to fill before our flight and got to relax in the pool and enjoy good food and drinks 

Relaxing day

I mean this is probably great for families, but as an adult with no kids looking for a relaxing pool day, this was not it. It was like an overpriced public pool. The kids did not stay out of the adult area whatsoever. People were getting hit with footballs left and right and it was generally very loud. I realize this is a family-friendly venue, but the listing on resortpass is all about relaxation and the website makes it seem like the kids are separate. Super disappointing and not worth $50.

Not a relaxing place

Very nice setting with great food and drinks. Extra friendly staff. 

Great location 

Randomly searching and found resort pass. It was just what I had in mind for my R&R mental day. I was the first resort pass user at this location. From the time I called to get the exact deets on the place and what I needed to bring with me, Jackie was just as excited for me to come as I was. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by an employee who was waiting on my arrival.  She then took me directly to meet Jackie. Talk about feeling special... I was definitely loving the grade A hospitality! My tour began and I was an awe of this small slice of heaven. It has all the amenities of showers, lockers for you belongings, Big pool, Hundreds of lounge chairs, cabanas, towel service,  pool side meal and drink service, 2 full size bars, Extensive menu with a variety of choices, picnic area, turf area, exercise classes and a gym. A family friendly all around perfect setting. I basically had the place to myself going during the week and it was lovely. Food 8/10 Mixed Drinks 10/10 Vibe 12/10
