This sleek hotel is a hidden gem! My friend and I enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, we had it all to ourselves on a weekday. The hotel lobby decor is really attractive and a nice place to sit and talk. We were happily surprised that there was live entertainment on a Wednesday night. We ordered a delicious salmon dinner at the bar and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor ambiance. Front desk staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. Only reason not 5 stars is the pool needed a cleaning from fall leaves which we did ourselves and the outdoor fireplaces were all out of propane. It would have been so nice to finish off the evening outside on the patio. Hopefully next time we visit we will have the opportunity to enjoy the gas fireplaces!

Nice getaway in north Dallas

When we bought the day pass, the site mentioned only 18+ for the pool. When we got to the pool, there were kids there. The hotel of course allows family/kids which I understand. However, it is very misleading that ResortPass site would list 18+ for the pool when it is not. 

Not what I expected

Nice staff 

This is a very nice pool but it is small and only goes as deep as 3ft 8inches I think it was. When you check in they give you a key card to get through parking and hotel. There is one bathroom located outside by the pool but very clean and a shower outside to rinse off. Towels supplied were tiny though. It was definitely a cute hangout spot for my friend and I. The drinks they offered at the bar were good. I definitely recommend if you're only going with a friend and hope it's empty like it was for us. If you want to go with a group, choose a bigger location. 

Small but Nice

We had the best time. The pool is small but very clean. The bartender in the lobby bar really made our experience amazing though. 

AMAZING staff

It was okay. Food and drink not available until 4pm. I got there at noon. Wish it would have said that on description. There was also a crappy man there swimming in his clothes. He made sure he talked to all the pretty girls at the pool. This is no fault of the hotel but it took away from the experience so I left way earlier than I had anticipated. I like the Joule pool experience way better. I tried this hotel as it was closer to home. But the hotel is lovely and has an incredible lobby. 

It was Okay

We enjoyed having options to enjoy the pool, I was still able to go do my zoom call in the lobby in between. The hotel staff were all nice. At checkin they gave us a card to come and go from the parking garage, pool, gym, lobby. (Wish we knew about this prior)

The pool was smaller and more intimate than expected no locker room to change. Drinks at the bar were mid. We ordered take out for food

Small Pool but clean

My friends and I had a very relaxing time at the pool. The drinks were great and so was the food. Very well kept and the lobby was breathtaking. Definitely would come back to have drinks there.
