Location is great! Unfortunately, not enough lounge chairs, the towels were old and very thin.
The pool is quite small, but room to add additional space.
The staff at front desk & bartender were awesome! 


Could be good, but

I recently had a fantastic experience at the NYLO Dallas Plano hotel, where booking a day pass through Resort Pass app was incredibly easy and convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly and wonderful, making our visit even more enjoyable. We were delighted by the delicious margaritas, strawberry daiquiris, fish tacos, shrimp, deep-fried cauliflower, and chicken wings, all of which were served promptly without any significant wait time. (Also the kitchen opens at 4pm when we went so keep that in mind if you do a day pass) Since we visited during the week, the pool area was empty, except for when we were leaving a private party decided to have lunch on the patio & they enjoying a mouthwatering barbecue, creating an enticing aroma. The only drawback was the high prices for booking rooms would be $300, as we would have loved to stay and continue experiencing their excellent services. We are eagerly looking forward to returning for a swim and a lunch date in the future.

Great Pool Pass

Good location 

The pool was dirty. It was not heated, despite what was listed online. The management confirmed it was heated before we arrived. The tables and chairs are in nice condition, but the pool loungers need to be replaced. Towels were readily available and the area around the pool was clean. The price was acceptable for a decent pool. 

Decent 

Pool area needs some tlc but was quiet and staff was friendly 

Inexpensive
