Great day at the pool!

Perfect day pass to relax with great views 

Will be back again soon! 

Rained upon arrival through departure. No help from staff, was just shown my car to get in, no assistance with bags, did not offer an umbrella. Outside pool bar/food service closed. Nothing said or explained. No refund/raincheck offered knowing amenities were closed. It was very unprofessional how my car was pulled up and was just told there it is. My son and I got drenched. Spent most of the time in the lobby waiting for the rain to stopped and not one staff member offered any assistance. Giving one star because I must select one. 

Poor customer service 

Valet parking was included. Front desk was sweet and informative. Pool and hot tub were amazing! They also sold great food and had a bar by the pool. This was a relaxing experience and would definitely go back.

I had a great day here. Staffs were friendly. Pool was clean and spacious. Brickell bay View from 19th floor was stunning!! Want to  visit again 

Stunning view

We had a fine experience. It happened to be very windy in the rooftop pool area and receives a lot of shade due to higher high rises surrounding this hotel, which is no ones fault. However, we would have liked to have used the hot tub as advertised for that reason and it was under maintenance and unusable. Thus, I feel that we did not get what we paid for. In hindsight, I would have preferred a day pass at a hotel closer to the airport with fully functional facilities. 

Better than the Airport

The pool deck is huge with plenty of chairs and towels to use. The pool is big and the jaccusi too. The staff is nice and the place is very peaceful, great to relax. The views from the pool area are great.
