Margaritaville Resort Times Square

I showed up at 9:30am, 30 minutes before the 10am Resort Pass Pool Day started, as the lounge chairs were first come, first serve. At 9:30, I was the first Resort Pass guest to check in, but all the pool's lounge chairs were gone. The hotel gives priority to their guests, so no resort pass member was able to get a chair, despite paying $125. The hotel guests were expected to check out that morning by 11am and were told that they must leave the hotel and pool by 11am, but they all stayed, despite being checked out and spent the entire day at the pool. The hotel definitely did not abide by any capacity limit, as there was probably over 100-150 people in the pool area, and the pool is very small. There was no management or checking that the individuals at the pool were either current hotel guests or resort pass members. Would not have booked if I had known there would be no chairs available before the resort pass time even started and how crowded it would get.

This was  great pool!  Great service and love that the day bed have a moveable sun veil.

The pool was tiny, tons of kids splashing , the daybed we paid 275 for had dirty cushions  it was disgusting 

Terrible 

Overall, I had a nice day.
The pool is on the 6th floor of the hotel, next to the Land Shark restaurant. While ResortPass said the pool opened at 10am, all hotel signage says 8am. I don't think anyone would have cared if I arrived early. 
The pool is not large, but on a Monday in June, there weren't tons of people. When I arrived around 10am, I was the only one there. A few people started to arrive around 10:45am, and it was fairly full by 12pm, although not many people were in the pool; most were on the pool chairs. There was a mix of families with kids and adults on their own/in couples at the pool.
There were no lifeguards on duty. 
There are about 22 pool chairs, plus 2 daybeds that seat 2 people and 2 cabanas that probably could fit 4 people. 
When I left the pool around 1:30pm, it was crowded but a single person still could get a pool chair.
Everything was clean and they have towels.
You can bring a water bottle. Any other food and drink can be ordered from the restaurant.

A great option for the random 80F days in April. The daybed was big and super comfortable for the two of us. The shell was awesome and easy to adjust for shade or sun.

Open all year

Right in Times Square. Great rooftop bar and pool. Poolside service a bit slow but other bars were great.
