My husband and I had a great experience from beginning to the end of our day.  The front desk was so helpful. They showed us where the pools and beach access are located, what time the pool bar would open.  There were pool towels available.  We can wait to go back. 

Great location for beach and pool day

Who heats their pool in Florida in the summer?  Well, I found out yesterday that Best Western does.  We bought a day pass and were looking forward to some pool time.  The temperature of the water was similar to a hot tub!  Ruined our day.

We had a day room pass.  It was a great day after cruise until drive to airport.  Beach access was phenomenal and there was chairs umbrellas to rent.  The pool area was ok- pool needed to be cleaned 

Great access to beach 

Checked in at the front desk and they checked our luggage and provided us with a key to get into the pool areas and a map. Pool was clean, but had to track down towels which were kind of scruffy and small. The location, though, is excellent. The beach is beautiful. There are outdoor showers next to the pool bar, but it's ice cold. When we went to return our towels to the container located in the bar area, the bartender scolded me for bringing my own drinks into the bar. It was my water bottle which was filled with ice from an ice machine on property and water from the lobby. Kinda strange and a bit insulting. 

Good proximity to beach, pleasant pool 

I bought a resort pass for my self and two teenagers. Upon arrival, we were given wristbands, a parking pass and a key to the pool. It started out good but went downhill from there. We drove around to the back building and parked to head to the pool. The pool was nothing like shown in the picture. There must have been at least 50 people and 10 small children in swim diapers crammed into a very small, dirty pool. There were maybe 15 cheap plastic chairs, all of which were taken and couple tables and chairs, again all taken. There was no shade or umbrella for the chairs. I had pictured a nice pool with loungers and umbrellas, but this was anything but.  Music blared from at least 4 different blue tooth  speakers (all different music), people were eating things like McDonalds and fried chicken IN the pool and there were multiple groups smoking by the pool.  Even if we had wanted to stay, there were no chairs, no room in the pool, no towels, nothing. It was really disgusting. 

Waste of Money

Its a motel at best. No towels, and run down. Bar was closed. Would not do it again. Staff is very sweet though.

Great location on beach!

We were treated so well at the Cocoa Beach Best Western.  Lovely check in gal and cleaning staff.  Friendly and helpful.  Such a value here.  Your $25 includes your parking, two property pools and beach access.  What a great day.  We cant wait to return.
