Please join Goodstone Inn's Activities Manager, Greg McCarley, for poolside Tai Chi! Classes include a combination of poses and stances, posture alignment, breathing techniques, and martial application.

**Tuesday - Saturday at 10:00am**          

- 45-minute Poolside Tai Chi for one adult
  - Please wear appropriate clothing & shoes and bring a water bottle.

Join Goodstone Inn's Gardener for an immersive tour of the sustainable gardens, where you'll be provided with the produce and fruit used in the Chef's farm-to-table dishes. Meet charming farm animals, including chickens, goats, donkeys, sheep, and a lovely llama named Grayson. Learn about plant identification and the health benefits of herbs and flowers.

Join Goodstone Inn for a unique matcha and green tea experience, combined with mindful meditations to awaken your senses and enhance your mindfulness practice. Explore visual, aroma, taste, touch, and sound techniques aimed at heightening your sensory awareness and integrating mindfulness. Experience the soothing vibrations of Tibetan sound bowl healing and see intriguing Magic Eye visuals, while sitting comfortably on cushions around a traditional Korean tea table with Japanese tea sets.

- 60-minute meditation and matcha making experience for one adult

Guided Sensory Meditation and Matcha Tea Making

Join Goodstone Inn for a short, guided nature hike and discover adventure along scenic trails through meadows, lush forests, charming barns, and vibrant gardens. Along the way, you will meet the friendly farm animals (say hey to the friendly llama Grayson) and catch a glimpse of the buzzing Goodstone bee hives. Keep an eye out for wildlife and fully immerse yourself in nature with moving meditation.

  - Please dress comfortably and bring snacks & water for the journey. Please ensure that waiver signing is completed beforehand.

Short Guided Nature Hike

Explore the trails along the meadows, Goose Creek, and nearby forests. Visit the farm to see the Goodstone gardens and barn animals then take a walk down to the pond for Tai Chi or a canoeing adventure. Throughout the hike, keep an eye out for wildlife and practice nature connection (forest bathing) through moving meditation. Japanese forest bathing concepts will be introduced and how to apply them. You'll learn Leave No Trace principles to become stewards of nature!

**Tuesday - Saturday at 11:00am**   
**Check-in: 11:00am at the Carriage House**     

- 2-3 hour guided nature hike for one adult *(weather dependent)*
  - Guests are encouraged to bring binoculars and bird survey guides
  - Please dress comfortably and bring snacks & water for the journey. Please ensure that waiver signing is completed beforehand.
- Choice of one 30-minute activity at the pond:
  - Canoe adventure: Paddle the beautiful pond surrounded by nature
  - Tai Chi session: Combination of poses and stances, posture alignment, breathing techniques, and martial application
