The food and beverage management that manages the cabanas is incredibly rude and their processes for check in are broken and they blame the customers and other hotel departments for there shortcomings. It completely distracts from enjoying the customer experience when managers walk around with a chip on their shoulder. We observed this for several days with other issues that other hotel guests had and management first reaction is to deflect blame and expect customers to deal with it. It was so bad, I made a complaint directly with corporate because I am accustomed to much better experience at all other Hilton brand hotel and resorts

Fun pool! 

Tremendous

Arrived at 10;30 AM.  Understaffed - no one to meet or check us in.  Once checked in, the employee apologized for not being able to show us the cabana  shirt staffed.   Tell soon did not work  said someone would come and fix it  never happened.   Could not log onto the WiFi 

Cabana top had holes in it. Cushions on the couch were dirty and stained.  Bathrooms were filthy.  Pool was filled with kids and toys  not a relaxing location at all. They need to revisit basics and staffing 

In need of TLC

This was my first time trying ResortPass.  The Hilton offered plenty of space to settle in by the pool with both shade and sun.  The waterfalls offered an ambiance that made me feel like I was on a tropical vacation.  The grounds were clean and there were plenty of towels.  Unfortunately, I left early because once the kids came in around 12:30, there wasn't any room for a single person to lounge in the pool without being splashed.  This isn't the fault of the resort, but maybe something to consider when booking out your day cation.

Plenty of Loungers

The atmosphere was very peaceful with the mountain views and sounds of waterfalls.  The pool was clean and refreshing. I enjoyed a delicious cheeseburger and mocktail under an umbrella poolside delivered to me with excellent customer service.

Absolutely perfect day spent at pool. Im a Sr and my grown kids all had plans so I booked the day pass and had a wonderful day!  I was very comfortable going alone as my family has been going to the resort pool for years!  Thank you

Great Location

Booking the cabanas was easy and it was a beautiful location! Fyi they have grotto and geyser cabanas that are in different areas so if you're trying to book with a big group it may be split up if you try to do both cabanas. But they weren't all reserved so the staff was wonderful and let us use another cabana nearby instead of separating our group. Would definitely recommend!! It was very family friendly and a blast! 

Would recommend

We arrived early and found a perfect spot by the pool; the walking pool access and good food were ideal. We were able to hang out and relax with a toddler.  The burger was delicious, and the french fries were addicting.
