“Float” hotel pool services (restaurant, bar, DJ/music, umbrellas) were closed.  Hotel staff in the lobby were wondering why we were there. .  Still got charged for a $100 day bed, advertised as “Only 3 Left”.  
This really impressed my date.

It’s not the hotel’s fault.  I don’t mean to ding HRC; Float looks great.  But, it’s closed and Resortpass has no idea it’s closed.  No refund.

Float was CLOSED & Resortpass didn’t know it. 

Save your money and go elsewhere ! This $250 cabana when I came didn't come w any beverages, server. Nothing. It was  a run little room with an old couch!!! Disappointed

Worst place for a cabana or for any pool 

Not super stoked on this experience. 

We entered the hotel, no one could tell us how to get to the pool. When we finally found it we walked in and there was no one to check in with about the Cabana we booked. When we finally asked a bartender to point us in the right direction, he passed us on to someone else. 

We were finally seated at a Cabana. No one came to take our orders or even acknowledged our existence for about 30 minutes. We were able to flag someone down and we ordered drinks and were given a menu. There is a $300 food and drink min. for the reservation so we did all of our eating and drinking through the waitress. 

The food was terrible. We ordered the fish tacos (almost too dry to eat), guacamole ($50 btw), fruit bowl (honeydew and cantaloupe), and french fries (these were fine). The food came in to-go containers and plastic bags as if they were ordered on postmates. But we had to spend our minimum so it was what it was.

Hit my character limit- TLDR two thumbs down.

Not Lux, Not Cute, Not Worth it.

I was told that they don’t take reservations through your site. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told a $200 drink purchase minimum was REQUIRED, when I only purchased a day pass. I went there to swim but the pool was tiny; there was at Least 50 people inside of it, and no room for the other 600+ “Guests”. The music was horrible. The drinks were ridiculously expensive. It was the worst experience I’ve ever purchased!

If you are looking for relaxation go somewhere else.  It’s a pure day party and there is no place to relax…the pool is tiny

Super great location in the heart of Gaslamp San Diego. Rooftop pool party vibes were great! Plenty of room for if you want to just enjoy a cocktail and the dj. 
Plenty of pool room to enjoy a swim or just float around in the sun. Bar was conveniently located definitely recommend this place if your looking for a fun place to hang with friends or plan a birthday party bachelorette party! Drink options are endless the bartenders are super helpful and friendly with drink recommendations. 

Sunday Pool Party

Overpriced. Did not need to spend $250.00 on Cabana. No one was at the pool. Still had to spend a minimum of $350 on food and beverage. Weather was crummy, pool was very small. Sever was lovely, but our tab was $459 dollars. Overpriced for a crappy day. Could have gone to Rosaritto for the entire weekend for that price. Extremely disappointed. Resortpass said we got the last cabana. lol.. Nope...Only one other couple there. Not to mention they called last call at 5 pm. We were supposed to have cabana until 8 Pm. Staff must have been happy we were there to get their 22 percent on our 400 dollar tab.

Great time at the pool! The service was very good. Everyone was so nice and helpful we will definitely be back.
