Its probably fine, but lacking pool which is why I paid $89 to go there for a day.

Booked hotel w no pool in error

Good evening,

I am very upset about the accommodations and my resort pass rental! The pictures provided on the website are to another Sonesta location and were totally the opposite of what I was expecting! Im demanding a full refund for my inconvenience. Because I arrived at my scheduled time I had to settle for what I booked. This is very discouraging for me as this is my first time using this app and I am a world traveler. Please provide a response at your earliest convenience. I have attached pictures of what the room really looks like for your review.

I had taken the red eye flight from Los Angeles and needed a hotel room to sleep in the morning and get ready for a wedding later in the day.  Unfortunately, the hotel I went to in Baltimore had never heard of resort pass and when I gave them the booking ID number hotel said "that number needs nothing to us it's not our confirmation number so needless to say I got no hotel

Hotel never heard on Resort Pass

The front dest did not have my reservation, I provided my reservation number and even sent the email with the confirmation. The lask of communication from management was the root. Then finally I said can you give me a room, so I can get to work. I  left at 3pm and he still had not gotten a confirmation on  the reservation over 5 hours later.  Then he wanted to charge my credit card again. I said no since my card was already charged. I provided my business card and promised to take care of any necessary charges. It ws a bad start to my business planning day.

Poor management and lack of communication.
