The cabanas definitely need an upgrade (which they are getting in two weeks). The food was really good and the cabana attendants were even better. I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady that assisted us. She was great and took really really good care of us. Overall it was a pretty relaxing day.

Relaxing Day

Upon arrival to the PGA resort and spa, it was very difficult to track down who to speak to about our cabana reservation. We were escorted to our Cabana where we were given 2 beach chairs instead of 4 which was promoted on the website. We were able to move the additional 4 by ourselves without any help from the staff. The cabana had a cooler that smelt musty and appeared to need a deeper clean. The couches felt dirty so no one in our party enjoyed the area. As far as the pool goes, it was kid friendly - would not recommend if looking for a more relaxing experience. There was no ambiance music at the pool. Guests brought their own speakers.. The price of the cabana was not worth it.
As far as customer service by the staff, we were pleasantly attended to. The food was good - chicken caesear was one of our favorites. 
Additionally, we signed up for this resort day with the offering of a champagne bottle, but it was false advertisement from Resortpass per PGA. We would not go back. 

Disappointing

The morning was great and cabana set up really nice. When the afternoon showers came, our cabana lady and the bar shutdown and no one gave us notice or any receipts. I attempted to work with the front desk and they couldn't help saying accounting isn't open on the weekend. Ive been calling and emailing their managers without any response. Very unprofessional and completely wrecked the good morning we had.

I hate to leave a less than stellar review but we were slightly taken aback by the accommodations. We had a 6-person resort poolside cabana and I think our expectations, being that it was PGA National, were a bit too high. We've done plenty of Resort Pass days. First off, let me just say, the service was INCREDIBLE - our attendant Sam was amazing and fun. It was the actual cabana that let us down. It stated sofa and chairs which were just small dingy patio furniture (not a sofa) that rocked unevenly, the cable TV wasn't working, the mini fridge was MINI and propped up on some type of bucket (it also wasn't cold). We did get ice and water bottles included, there was no free bottle of prosecco even though we were there during those dates. Lastly, the pool itself, was a bit unimpressive. Truly with the caliber that PGA National has, I was expecting more out of the "resort pool", it was just ok. They did have live music which made it nice. Overall, I'd probably skip this one next time. 

Great day but accomodations not as expected.

Honestly almost everything was perfect. My cousin and I really enjoyed our day. We were celebrating my birthday and I wanted something low key and relaxing. Definitely found it here. Our only complaint was service at the pool side bar/cafe. My order was made wrong and the server said she thought I wanted mayo when I definitely said no mayo no cheese. We also ordered Diet Coke with lime and had to ask twice for our soda. Never got the lime either. But honestly we are pretty laid back and didnt let something small ruin our day. We will be back soon! 

Great way to spend a relaxing day 

Lovely spa environment!  Very clean:  everyone was exceptionally accommodating; all shampoos, etc. well stocked; sauna and steam functioned perfectly

Beautiful spa! 

It was the perfect little getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle and craziness of the city! It was so relaxing, peaceful and clean. And hopefully it stays that way! 

A little hidden gem

Service was outstanding, cabana was comfortable and clean.  Pool was delightful, food and drinks were delish!

Perfect cabana day!

A friend and I had a nice afternoon at the spa with massages and relaxing by the pool. My only complaint was the confusion over the Resort Pass charges and the charges at the Spa.
