Casa Velas

From the moment we arrived, the staff was helpful, kind, and glad to have us. They showed us the grounds and invited us to join the event taking place on the veranda. The pool and seating around it was very comfortable and shaded. The food and drinks were very enjoyable.

Amazing Hospitality

Amazing experience at an ultra luxurious all inclusive. The service and food was absolutely impeccable. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Food was beyond what we expected! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Food, drink, service and atmosphere all wonderful. Only wish it was beach front, which looked like it was from photos. 

Great service and amenities 

Purchased a day pass to use while we were in town for the day (cruise ship stop). Took a 15 minute taxi ride to a beautiful upscale gated resort. Checkin process was very quick and easy. The ONLY CON: Resort is located on a golf course with no access or view of the beach (unless you purchase a separate Tao Beach Club pass or purchase a room where you can visit the sister property). The grounds have mature landscaping that makes you feel like you are in a tropical location. The one pool on property is very large with built in sun chairs and varying depths of water. There is a swim up bar with mixed drinks, frozen drinks, beer and soft drinks. Staff will deliver a metal bucket with ice and water bottles for your cabana. Most cabanas have comfortable clean reclining loungers with privacy curtains to block the sun. We ate at the only onsite restaurant and it did not disappoint. All staff we encountered were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and happy to help in any way! 

Quiet Paradise 

The food and drinks are unbelievable. Music at pool bar is awesome and not too loud but fun like dance music - cant really hear it from the lounge chairs so the resort is very relaxing when you want to chill out, or you can swim to the bar if you want the fun vibes. They have two floating games that can be played as checkers or chess which is really fun. The service is incredible and the grounds and bathrooms are super clean. Never been to an adult only resort before and honestly it was nice since were kidless people. Well be back!

Very peaceful property

This resort is well-titled as a secret oasis. The resort is a small tucked-away gem with beautiful grounds and a beautiful pool. The pool chairs are ample and comfortable. If you get there early you can even get a day bed. When they say all-inclusive they mean. Top shelf cocktails and excellent food are all included. The staff/service is amazing. As you can tell, I highly recommend this place. 

Should not be missed!
