We had the best time!  The view was gorgeous and the pool was lovely as well. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Very clean and just all around perfect. Also in just a short walking distance was Coastal bar & grill. It was fantastic! #vacation #paradise #coastalbarandgrill

The Best Daycation!

Staff were friendly and helpful.  The venue was clean and fairly quiet except for a few kids yelling up to their parents on balconies. 

Perfect day by the pool

Both the idoor/outdoor pool (which you could not swim between) where dirty and in poor condition.  Staff was confused when we arrived.. stating that they do not do the resort pass.  Despite calling and talking to hotel staff directly it felt like an epic waste of $100.  They wouldn't notice if you were a paying guest or not.  And let's talk about snacks.... $6 for a bag of chips, really?!?!

Would have liked more amenities open. It was late in the season, so no beach chairs to rent and no Tiki bar. Still a great day!

Great beach

3 adults purchased resort day passes, staff was friendly and overall hotel was very clean. We did purchase passes for the excellent beachfront view, the pool and the hot tub, however the hot tub was cold and the staff stated that it was in process of being repaired but it did not happen the day we were present.
No pool towels or floats were available at this location.
The hot tub was very important to us due to strong winds and cooler temperatures.
Also no bar or restaurant available at the hotel this time of year.

Always wonderful friendly staff, front desk, tiki bartenders, breakfast workers and housekeeping. They all say hello, greet us, its always so clean. Perfect location. We will keep coming back!

Nice spot to relax for the day. Great gulf view and not crazy crowded.

This was a great place to hang out for the day. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, options from pool, spa to beach. They has food and drink that could be bought but you can walk across the street and places to eat was a option.

Great Location and Friendly Staff 

The hotel lobby was nice with lots of open space and several large table for people to take breaks or eat in the A/c. The tiki bar was open for drinks, but not serving food. There are plenty of restaurants right across the street, though. The staff was so nice & helpful. We loved having covered parking in this heat. The pool was refreshing & clean. It was easy to rent chairs on the beach, too. My only complaint was that you cant go back and edit your reservation to add a child without creating a new reservation including one adult. I needed to add a child and the only way to access customer service was through email. I ended up spending the extra money to add another adult and asked for a refund for that part. Resort Pass refunded me within one day, so that was good. Overall it was an excellent way to enjoy a daycation vs using the public beach.
