The hotel was very nice and clean, quick and easy check out/in. Although  there was construction on the hotel it was still a great stay after a day at the beach

Don't bother to book here if you need rest and privacy. I had constant knocks at the door from staff. One guy knocked on the door when I answered the door he just looked at me smiling. I asked if I can help is just shook his head and smiled. 20 minutes later some woman knocks once then walks in the room. She asks if I am extending. What? She tells me check out is 11 am and wants to know what time the front desk told me was check out time.  I told her 5 pm. She obviously did not know about day passes or what was going on. Rather than continue to be bothered I left early at 3:15. Total waste of money. 

No Clue 

Perfect from check in to check out! Very CLEAN luxurious room! Friendly professional staff. This hotel has done an amazing job of upgrading without losing the charm. 

EXCELLENT 

Hotel room was massive old hotel and furniture mahogany great big bed bath and shower etc there was only one lift working but it was grand the reception staff were very good.

I reserved for a king bed, I got 2 doubles. I was informed resort pass does not know the bed availability at the hotel.

Beds

I love the idea of using a day pass to explore the area and go back and rest for a couple of hours. However, the hotel wasn’t up to standards IMO. The check in wasn’t too long of a process however, I felt like I was bothering the front desk staff by checking in. I was given a key and that’s it. No explanation on where the room was. The room was ok… it did the job for the rest we needed. The beds were very hard for my liking. When trying to use the complimentary WIFI, we were asked to log in with a code which was not given at check in nor anywhere in the room. Tried to call the front desk from the in room phone but it didn’t work. I had to call from my cell and was out on hold for about 15 mins. I gave up. There was only one elevator that was working so I ended up taking the stairs. I think there could be major improvements to the hotel.
