This place is a gem! The pool is great for swimming laps and it was relatively quiet during the week. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back in the future!

Great day at the pool

It was not stated that 2/3 of the pool would be marked off and reserved for members swimming laps. We arrived and wanted to immediately order lunch which we expressed at check in. We waited 40 mins and finally went back in to request menus after being told they would be brought. We then waited a further 20-30 mins before we went in again to ask to order. It was a further 30mins to get the food which came to us cold. We were never offered another drink the rest of the day. For the cost this was not all worth it.

Amazing

I purchased a Day Pass to spend Mothers day and had fantastic day at spa pool!
The ambience was amenities did not disappoint.  Looking forward to another Daycation! 

Perfect setting!

Service was great and so were the amenities. All amenities listed were as expected. Down side was the pool has lane ropes so looked more like a lap pool than for hanging out in, although one lane was being used by some guest to stand in. They had umbrellas for every two chairs but depending on time of day it got alittle too sunny and you couldnt really escape the sun. May or may not matter to you but umbrellas dont bend to deflect the sun. Pool attendant was great and we got something from both Gots and the pizza place. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash in showers and hair gel/spray and deodorant in the locker room. Steam room was a nice way to end the day. They also offer robes and slippers for use. 

Relaxing

Indulging in a day at this spa was an absolute treat. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was serene and inviting. The facial was expertly executed, leaving my skin refreshed and glowing. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were pure bliss, offering relaxation at its finest. And the food! Every bite was a delight, adding to the overall experience. It was truly a memorable and rejuvenating day.


Beautiful location 

We had an amazing experience at this spa, the service was fantastic and the environment was very relaxing. We cant wait to return for another great spa day here. We truly recommend this place! 

Great location 

I was impressed with the gal who greeted me and showed me around. I told her I was there to get sun. She set me up in a good spot to begin with and handed me a menu. She also stressed that there was a strict no cell phone use for calls. Headphones needed to be used for music and other cell activities. 

I got great sun and relaxation in the beginning until a guest came out of the gym and spent a good half hour on her phone near me. Hard to relax with her yapping. 

I then got my massage, which I enjoyed. When I got back out, my sun was blocked. Then a group of 3 young guys arrived. They knew all staff by first name so they were obvious regulars. I had to leave when they started playing rap music. 

On top of that, I never got to order lunch since no one took my order!

Unless they can enforce their rules I probably wont be back.
