Great Family Fun

Our party of four booked this day pass after disembarking a cruise because our flight home did not leave until 11pm and we needed somewhere to spend the hours waiting.
We arrived at the hotel about 11am.  The front desk staff was very friendly, getting us checked in quickly, holding our luggage, explaining the facilities we could use and gave us directions to China Town and the light rail station.
The seating in the lobby was confortable as was the 2nd floor lounge.  We spent a little bit of time on the outside sun deck in lounge chairs. 
We walked thru the locker room which had a supply of towels and it looked very neat and clean, as did the showers. I would have felt comfortablee using these facilities.
However, we were very disappointed in the indoor pool.  The water was so cloudy that you could barely see the bottom.  We did not feel that the water was sufficiently maintained to go swimming, and we were disappointed as we had counted on that to help while away the hours.

Awesome View

The room was so balmy it felt amazing in this cold winter weather. The pool water was a perfect temp and the hot tub was large. Lots of nice seating too with a beautiful view. Had an amazing time.

Beautiful View and Warm Water

We had a lovely and relaxing time for our Valentine date. Swimming in a large, inside pool with hot tub near. We got drinks down on the first floor at 13 coins and later also grabbed some food. It was very relaxing.

Large pool in the city sky, relaxing hot tub..

overall fine but: hot pool was very dirty, my key for some reason didnt really work and there are no dryers for hair in changing rooms, its not really equipped for people coming if ur not staying in the hotel

also the staff is very nice and solving problems effectively

The staff was great, the pool and hot tub had great temperatures, so we enjoyed swimming. The lockers and showers were clean, but the space is very small, so only one family can be in there at a time. The shower pressure was weak, with barely a small stream of water to shower.

Great stuff

This was a really nice stay for the price on a rainy cold evening. There were complimentary drinks and snacks for happy hour which was a nice bonus .

Great value for the price

This is a gem. Couches, tables, a deck and incredible views. Perfect place for a rainy day.
