Great time

I arrived on a Monday around noon. I personally think that armbands are tacky and stated that when I was told I would need one. The person checking me in decided this was some sort of personal attack and turned into a whole thing, including eventually telling me she was going to call the cops on me because I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said she was refunding the resort pass, she did not. I did after 5 days get ahold of someone who said they would issue the refund and "investigate the situation" which is unimpressive imo. I also waited until today to see how they were going to resolve the situation, lip service is it I guess. 

No Thanks

The service was good. We were greeted immediately.  We got there around 10-11 AM  and there were plenty of lounge chairs.  It got busy later. The drinks were pricey ($18-20), but where are they not now?  The pool was nice, cool compared to the hot sun and seemed clean. There were a few floaties and plenty of towels. The quesadilla was good. The music was too loud for me. I couldnt even hear my friend standing right next me, but the music itself was good -lovely pop hits. 

Would go back

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located to shopping and parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice size, and the floaters were the cherry on top. 

Girls Funday Sunday

Perhaps I should have done a bit more research before showing up with my Kindle ready for a relaxing day at the pool, because this was not the spot to do so. While it wasn't the serene experience I was looking for, the pool was nice, clean, and conveniently located. 

Fun Atmosphere 

Pros: I like the location, right next to Scottsdale Fashion Mall, Only over 21 can enter. So No kids was great! The service was pretty good. The food and drinks were okay. DJ was awesome!
Here's why I gave it a 2 stars.
Cons: The food and drinks were pricey! A small little drink cost 20 bucks! Food was okay cost about $16-$20 and it's not a lot of food.
There's only 1 pool! Hours are short compared to other resorts: 10-6PM

Cleopatra Pool

The dj was playing great music, a solid variety, the service was so kind from every employee, and the the drinks were scottsdale priced! We had a great girls day, and plan on doing it again!

A whole vibe

Loved the atmosphere, the pool service and clean pool!! Definitely bring a group or yourself and have a good time! 

Awesome! 

It was a good time just make sure you bring friends with to enhance the experience. Music is good but it is EDM style so prepare to indulge. The food is straight but the best thing is the chicken strip and fries fr.
