We purchased day passes because we needed a place to store luggage after a cruise because our flight home was later in the evening. The front desk person at the hotel was nice but she was not aware that day passes were offered for that hotel. She kept saying that they were not a resort so she does not understand why day passes would be offered. She called for management, but when I showed her my ResortPass confirmation and explained that the day passes were already paid for and that we only needed luggage storage and use of their complimentary shuttle, she said she could accommodate that with no problem. We were finally able to store our luggage then catch their hotel shuttle to the Downtown West Palm Beach area so we could walk around. Afterwards, the hotel shuttle picked us up & brought us back to the hotel to pick up our luggage, then dropped us off at the airport. It was very convenient but more communication with staff about passes are needed.
