Bahia Principe Grand Tulum - All Inclusive

We loved our day pass here just wish there was more food options to enjoy. 

Great facility

Good food and staff. Everything's included. Dont expect premium food or liquor but its worth what you pay for if you're going to spend the day

Twas a all inclusive vibe 

My party could not fully enjoy the resort experience due to a guest vomiting in the large pool.  The pool had to be evacuated and cleaned. We went to another pool on the property and waited over 2 hours for towels that were never delivered. Needless to say, we spent a whole 2+ hours at a pool and not once were given ttowels. We were told numerous times that the towels would be here in 10 minutes, 20 minutes,  
15 minutes, but they never arrived. I will not be visiting this property again. Tthankfully, this was only a day pass. I would have been highly disappointed had I booked this property for an entire week.

Service left a lot to be desired 

Really enjoyed this place. Food was amazing to be all inclusive resort.

Exceptional 

The resort seems very dated. The hospitality was average at best, and the food was terrible. The mixers used in the cocktails all tasted like they contain aspartame.  I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the true luxuries of an all inclusive resort as there is nothing luxurious about the resort nor its offerings.  Not to mention the main pool with the swim up bar was closed due to someone vomiting in it.  We were very disappointed in the resort on a whole especially after paying $100 per person for the day pass.  Btw, the resort is a 45 min ride for Tulum proper. 

Not worth it

Discovered this app on vacation & it enhanced our experience tremendously. A few tips & notes: took awhile to get the lay of the land so factor that into your schedule or research first. The food was as expected. The app was very easy to use that we are doing another hotel tomorrow. Remember to bring toiletries if you are showering there bc they do not supply them. 

Easy-Peasy; great to use when renting a house

From start to finish this was a great first experience using a day pass. We felt very welcome when we arrived. The amenities and activities were abundant. The food and drinks were your typical all-inclusive options but did the job for the day and it was nice to not think about that part of the trip for a day. Aquafit was fun !

We are a family of 4, this resort offered entrainment for all of us! The buffet has a great selection. Activities throughout the day were fun! Will definitely consider coming back!

Family friendly!

Resort was good, great food at the buffet. There was a lot of people. Snacks were poor taste not healthy options.
