Cast away paradise 

It was such a great experience for my husband and myself. We went for our wedding anniversary, but we did not want to stay overnight in Big Sur, so we used the day pass as our relaxation day. We enjoyed all the pools and the pass includes a meal per person and a drink. The views were immaculate while we chilled in the cabanas or in the infinity pool. We also happen to go on a great sunny day, so we got lucky with the weather. When we checked in there was a place to change and we were lucky to get a robe and locker to place our items. In the check in area, there is a place to shower post visit. Thanks for the great memories Alila Ventana Big Sur!

Amazing Views for a Spa Day

Wasn't  what to expect because the weather is unpredictable this time of year, but I guess we bought the sun with us, I had a wonderful time and the weather was perfect. Staff was very helpful everyone was so friendly. Will definitely come back

Great mini getaway

Beautiful property with incredible views, but the ResortPass experience left a lot to be desired. High cost for the day pass that gets you access to the properties but not many amenities (e.g., no place to store items, restricted use of bathrooms). Staff were also cold towards us compared to hotel guests. Would rather stay at the property itself next time for a smoother and more convenient experience.

Great property, but poor value

This property is amazingly beautiful but the lack of amenities for pool pass is inexcusable. We were never able to even get a towel for the pool. Guests were also calling for towels and no one ever came (2 hrs.) Piles of used towels were not cleared out. Other premium properties I have done resort passes at have had sunscreen, spa water, and lots of fresh clean towels by the pool. This had nothing. Very nice check-in person at the spa desk but otherwise felt like a poor experience given the price of the pass. I mean, no towels?! Really? 

Beautiful property but doing the leasr

Super-easy booking and redemption.  Facilities are excellent, of course.  Ita pricey experience, but compared to their lodging rates, a more affordable way to enjoy some of the best parts of Ventana without totally breaking the bank s

Amazing getaway 

We got the couples resort pass for the day to celebrate our Baby moon. It was so lovely. Views and scenary is incredible and the staff was great. Very accommodating and helpful. We will be back!
