I almost dont want to give this positive review for fear that this location will get booked up! It was a perfect daycation. From the staff to the facilities to the pool, we will definitely go back again.  

Perfect Day

Our family of four booked last minute for mother's day getaway. The hotel is under construction so we followed the signs to the check in desk. I was greeted and directed to the activities hut outside the pool. The woman working there looked at our reservation started preparing our towels. I asked her which cabana we would be assigned or if it were open selection. She instructed me that we would be selecting one of the A-frame covers with a day bed. I thought it was strange as we paid for the cabana.  We took our seats and got the kids in the water. After looking at the cabanas, which have a mini fridge and TV (as it stated on our reservation), I took the issue up with the new activities personnel on shift. She was lovely and corrected the mistake instantly. She prepped and cleaned the cabana site and made sure we knew the hours of the bistro so our kids could eat. The day was fabulous and location clean. Pool and bathrooms were great. There's a 1 ft section for toddlers which we loved!

First time users

It was great. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms, cabanas and pool area was clean. 

Great location 

Great location within a short drive of north shore beaches and attractions. Pool and bathrooms were clean and lounge chairs were comfortable for napping during our long layover. Did not purchase food on site, but the McDonalds nextdoor was a convenient option and plenty of food trucks are a short drive away. Parking was included, making this pass an incredible value compared to some of the ones we looked at in Waikiki. 

North shore oasis 

We rented two cabanas and spent the entire holiday at the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. While some amenities were unavailable/didn't match the description, the hotel is always in great condition, clean and family friendly. 

Great Staff

Staying at a holiday house on the north shore we decided to bring the kids to Courtyard for a pool day out. Our kids (8, 8 & 6) had a great day as did the parents. The beach tents (complimentary) are fantastic, there is plenty of shade, and the food was great. While its expensive to visit, everywhere is expensive, and compared to other resort pools we have visited, this one was extra good. 

Fantastic day out 

Not the best time, stopped at the gates with food for my little one.  If youre looking for a nice place to have a good day, this isnt it.  Unfortunate that this hotel has outdated rules and no leniency.  Would not recommend 

Not ideal

This was a small pool no hot tub the beach you had to walk outside the pool gates around the corner then across a busy highway street that drivers do not stop for you even though you are in a crosswalk.  Be aware you are in mormon territory so NO BAR. No alcohol anywhere close to this hotel.   Only has a very little place to eat at.  I think the high light of the place was McDonalds next door.  

Boring 

Enjoyed my day at the Mariott.  Very nice staff and property.  I recommend this hotel for quiet and relaxation.
