Checking in to the pool was beyond difficult.. then they said it was 21+ and there were tons of kids at the pool screaming. The employees were beyond rude and went out of their way to make you feel bad, and I felt like they were watching us and making sure we weren't doing anything bad. Just not a very relaxing experience

Pool was and over all amenities were very nice but sun was gone by 230 pm.   So start early like 9 am if you want good sun

The facilities and service were fantastic - beautiful cabana, excellent table service and outdoor bar, and the food and drinks were great. The downside was how incredibly crowded the pool was and the insanely loud DJ playing club music that cranked up at 1 PM. Not much here for a local to enjoy - just Broadway scene extended.

Bad experience 

Everyone was really helpful with where to go, where to be and what was expected of us. We used the bar services and ordered food and we were all very pleased with what we got! The DJ (Spencer) was also a great time and a perfect addition to that pool! 

Great location, great service! 

We had a pleasant experience, but $60/pp for a chair was pricey for the level of luxury. Day bed style chairs were not comfortable (cushions were worn and indented). No chair-side service (order at the bar and they will deliver). Drinks and food was very expensive and food was very basic. Overall we were able to relax, but next time I'd try a different location for a pool day.

Over Priced

The pool and the pool deck itself is very nice. There are very few seats for the amount of people that are there. Additionally, there were a lot of empty cans laying around the pool area. No chair side service. Bar staff was very attentive. The day bed was extremely uncomfortable. Would probably not visit again.

So happy we decided to spend the day at the AC Hotel in downtown Nashville! Great setup, drinks were on point (try the frose!), and all of the food items we ordered were delicious. Other reviews are correct that the sun is blocked in the afternoon, but it was a nice break from the summer heat, and you can always take a dip in the hot tub after the chilly pool. DJ was a nice touch for part of the day too. Worth every penny for the day pass.

Having a third party manage the hotel cabana was not a good experience. After taxes, the cost was outrageous but hey, vacation right? Nobody at the hotel seemed to know a to book the cabana and then it was a back and forth until finally after three turns around the hotel, a hospitality manager finally showed up to guide us to our cabana. The tv had no remote so that was another kerfufle. Then it started raining out of nowhere and we were ushered inside and didnt get to enjoy the cabana. There was no refund as we booked after 10 am and nobody offered a partial refund or a kind word, just sorry call the third party. Definitely wont use resort pass again!
