As an Orlando native, I rarely enjoy the many resorts Orlando has to offer.  I'm so happy that my friends and I decided to do a staycation at this location.  The hotel is beautiful and the staff made us feel so welcome.  We used the day room, which was wonderful since it rained part of the time.  We were able to go inside during the rain and then go back out to all the beautiful pools when the sun came back out.  We also were able to take a shower and change our clothes after a fun filled day relaxing and taking pictures.  It was nice having a secure place to store all of our things, and the staff offered to hold them for us upon the 4pm check out from the room if we wanted to stay on the property longer.  The extra cost was $15 for parking (a great price reduction!) and $23 for the taxes/fees.  This was totally worth it since the initial cost was only $100 for 4 people.  I highly recommend this Resort Pass to anyone and everyone while the price is so low.

Pools and pool areas were clean. Room was clean and well stocked. Will definitely be back!

We loved our time at this resort! Lots of stuff to do to keep the kids busy. The pools and the resort were extremely clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Resort

We paid platform fees, resort fee & taxes, they said everything else was all included, instead with paid another resort fee & extra parking fees at the resort only to be there for a few hours on a day pass.
We asked for a late check out & the receptionist was rude & dismissive to not allow even a half an hour later. It wasn't worth it at all. Next time we will simply book a room somewhere else through the hotel itself. 

Always hidden fees 

I booked the day room and that worked really well. I love the many amenities available- we had time for lazy river and one of the pools. Pool side dining was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to come back but for a whole weekend

Great visit

My family & I booked a day room here and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! The front desk was very helpful, the room was clean and so useful for our little one to rest halfway through. The resort was full and busy but didnt feel over crowded.
