Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We stayed at Tago, a boutique hotel in Tulum, and it was a TERRIBLE experience! We decided to go to Dreams on a day pass and wished we would have stayed there!! We had a great day, great food and drinks, great massage, and overall great experience!

Everything was great! The food was as expected but the views and the pool were definitely worth it!

Beautiful resort!

Hotel grounds are beautiful, staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast and lunch were good. We booked the all day pass and when it was time to go have dinner we asked the front desk where the showers were when they told us that there are no showers or a place to change at the resort. I asked if there is a spa, and he said that they contract with a company and it's $20 per person to use the showers (family of 5). I questioned why they sell an all day pass if they don't have any place for showers. He said that because they usually have dayrooms for use but they're all booked. I made a fuss and asked to speak to a manager and an available room magically appeared after talking to them for about 20 mins. Dinner wasn't worth the trouble, we ate at the Japanese and it was pretty inedible. If you go keep in mind that you're most likely not going to have somewhere to shower and change.

No Showers!!

We had a truly amazing day relaxing at this resort. 

Great location 

This was my first time using resort pass and I was a little jaded, it was simple to switch days due to weather and Dreams the resort it's self was amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for you and you didn't feel that you were treated any differently because you were just a guest, although there was premium seating for guests that paid more that I could't use.  Great location, great service, great food, great value for a full day out. (French restaurant was closed)

Great day out

The hotel was great, we've really enjoyed the pools, the restaurants and the site overall. The kids had a great time at the Explorers' Club while I could relax at the spa.

Great Family Day

The location is amazing. My only issue was their AC. Maybe something was wrong today because the lobby was hot and so was the restaurant we ate at. I was sweating while eating. Not a good combo. 

Great beachfront location 

The resort is beautiful! The staff is friendly and very attentive. The drinks and food from the beach are restaurants were good. I brought the day pass and didn't realize that I could not have dinner at the other restaurants. That requires a full day pass.

Best beach day ever!

Can't say enough about the great service at this resort!

Top Notch!

The resort had lost power the night before so the pools were super crowded it was nearly impossible to get a lounge chair. There was no lounge area available on the inside so we left after trying to have a meal at the buffet and there wasn't many options. I originally thought Dreams was a top tier resort but Im glad I found out it wasnt on a day pass rather then booking a trip here.
