informing the attendant of my decision. The attendant confirmed that it was okay for me to leave and that I did not need to stay to provide any additional information since the housekeeper was already handling the situation.
This experience was deeply unsettling and raised serious concerns about the property's security measures. The lack of a call box or alternative means to re-enter the building could pose significant risks to guests in emergencies.Considering the above, I kindly request a full refund for my booking. I hope ResortPass will address these security concerns with the property to prevent future incidents and ensure a safer environment for all guests.

Horrible 

It was good, the desk staff was super friendly. The only issue was they werent trained on how to check guests in that had resort pass, so they just told me to go on in. This was great except you need a key to get back in the building so I was locked out for awhile while trying to reach someone to let me in the building to use the restroom and it was super hot. 

Great local location 

Staff was very helpful and professional. It has a home away from home type of feel. I can dig it
