Dreamy day

Good overall but walls were very think and it was a bit noisy 

Great location and atmosphere 

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and modern, the staff was friendly, and the process to check in and out was very smooth. My only gripe is that the hotel charged slightly more for parking and the service charge than listed on ResortPass, and the DC taxes on both charges is not referenced on ResortPass. The Viceroy did adjust the base fees to the ResortPass listed costs, though.

The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Easy check in, easy Check out. Lovely pool. Great room. Will definitely be back! 

Overall fantastic experience 

We loved our stay at Viceroy hotel, the service was impecable, we enjoyed the room, the rooftop as well as the restaurant. Everybody was kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and we loved how well decorated it was. If I was to pick any downside, it would be the elevators that seem to be old and when more people, more time to actually use it. The pool itself is also on a smaller side so do not expect to swim laps :) but again, the whole experience was very nice. 

Great way to relax without leaving the city

We went for a day pass and stayed the night. Wonderful staff. Beautiful room. Great location and we will definitely do this again. It was just perfect. Thank you!

Lovely hotel and staff

Perfect Staycation

Check-in was a breeze. Room was clean. However, I was charged by both resortpass and Viceroy. Parking price is labeled incorrectly on app. Its $30. The rooftop was clean, but very small. Only comfortably suits 4-6 non-swimming adults. 
As a first-time user, it left a bit to be desired
