Absolutely amazing

I love going to La Paloma. It's nice to have so many amenities. Staff is very friendly. I wish they had kids' passes too, but at the same time, it's nice to be at the adult pool for the day!

Favorite Resort Pass

I throughly enjoyed my experience here at La Paloma Spa. Emily my masseuse, was very pleasant and welcoming. With this being my first time at a Spa she was very knowledgeable and asked me every step of the way how was I doing. The entire staff was awesome and very welcoming. I enjoyed every bit of my spa experience. I cannot wait to go back.

Great Service

We have been to this hotel before and always end up being disappointed on service.  The issue this time was with the pool service, or lack of it, and the pool management.  The pool restaurant is currently under renovation, and as such, we were told we could not have food and drink service unless we had a hotel room.  We had cash and credit cards but they would not accept either.  Since we were at the pool via the spa and Resort Pass and couldn't charge it to a room, we were just out of luck.  We eat lunch at Azul and they were happy to accept our credit card - just not the manager (David) at the pool area.  We could use the spa with a credit card, just not the pool service.  Our complaints to the pool wait staff were just ignored by the manager.  In fact he avoided us.  Just terrible.  Be aware the renovation is on going and that you will not get pool service without a room.

I enjoyed my time here today. The staff were super friendly. 

Very relaxing 

The staff and practitioners at the spa were warm, professional, and efficient. The spa facilities were clean and comfortable. The spa itself did not have a pool, and its hot tub was located very close to a parking lot and some dumpsters, so we spent our time between spa treatments at the hotel pool and hot tub.

The spa itself is good. The mens locker room has showers , dry sauna , steam.  Nice to just hang sans clothing.  Have to admit it is kinda old and not fancy.   Spent most of time out by pools.  Plenty of room to spread out and get away from others.  The hours are too short.  Only 9-4:30. 

Quiet and comfortable 

Nobody wa aware of the resort pass so it was awkward. Also services were promised were not offered. Not the best for a bday gift. 

Staff was unorganized, 

We loved the pool area! Several pools to experience in one main area including an awesome water slide. Also loved the cold plunge pool!!! And the main pools are heated! Several hot tubs too! Swim up restaurant and bar is so fun!!! The spa is lively too, enjoyed being able to use the eucalyptus steam room and dry sauna. Overall enjoyed our time! The resort pass is run though the spa, so you can only use the resort amenities during the spa hours, they closed at 4pm. So go early so you can have the full day at the pools if you want! We would love to see resort pass for this location to include the pool into the evening!
