Beautiful Resort / Location !

Absolutely loved the energy at this hotel. Such a great, creative, colorful vibe. Sunday featured a great reggae band, great DJ and delicious grilled seafood. I can't wait to go back!

Amazing Vibe

The place was lovely, the food and drink were really nice and we liked the reggae vibes. The staff were mainly very nice and helpful with great service. 

 However at the end we were ready for a shower before our flight and we were not allowed access to any showers. We were really stuck as we spent the day on the beach, and the staff inside the hotel just said nope we dont offer showers here - you can use the foot shower on the beach. 

I asked if there was anywhere we could have a quick wash but again was refused. So please dont advertise showers on here as they are not included. 

We asked the staff if we could pop into a room quickly or if there was anything they could do to help us as we had a ten hour flight ahead, but they just told us to use the toilets to wash and change. Not a great ending. 

False advertising

Loved the small sice of the hote and beach area.
BUT was denied to enter the rooftop pool area as a daypass guest.
 :-( so i didnt get what i paid for on the resortpass website.

Small and calm location

The Fives canceled my reservation at 11:35am the morning of my reservation--ie a couple hours after it technically started. ResortPass emailed me, which I didn't see because I was driving to The Fives. I show up with my wife and four kids, fresh off an airplane, only to be told by The Fives that they aren't letting us in because there's a wedding or some event. Only then do I check my email and see the cancelation by ResortPass. ResortPass offered me a 20% discount code "a courtesy due to the inconvenience." I'm sorry, but that's insulting. You and your hotel partner ruin our whole day and give us a 20% off coupon? Come on.

hotel canceled the morning of my reservation

It was beautiful small hotel with friendly staff. Its nice view from the roof top and nice beach with sunbeds. 
It was just to expensive for the service you get. We paid $200 USD and it was only $120 counted as credit (for 2 persons), which was not promoted like that over ResortPass. 

Nice hotel on the beach

Nice calm spot on the beach. Good food drinks and service.

Great little beach hotel the staff were amazing so friendly the food was great and drinks were top notch!

Nice place to see

The area around the resort is small and so walkable. The resort itself is really nice. The staff is beyond fabulous. The rooftop swimming pool is wonderful.
