About 10 minutes after we checked in my daughter was stung by a sea urchin in the water right off the beach access. There is no warning and when we alerted the front desk they offered us a band aid!! They told us we could get a refund since we had to leave and I'm still waiting over a month later. 

Keep your shoes on! 

Luis was amazing server, always smiling and attentive. The areas were clean and nice. Having the quick and easy access to the beach is a plus! 100% recommended.

Loved the pool service. Food was very good. Everything very clean.

The whole experience was amazing! The check in was quick, the room was clean and near the pool area. The pool with a slide, the beach and the salt water pool were in excellent conditions!  Will be coming back soon!

Excellent location for Daycation!!

The service at the pool was great! The pool was nice and clean as well. The beach wasn't the best, however.

Great service and pool

Went there for the day because of a late flight. Family had a wonderful time in the pool. 

Nice space

Got the room pass package. It included breakfast which was delicious. The pool area facilities are in great condition (there is a salt water pool, regular pool with swim up bar and a hot tub). Beach access (Beach not so great). Overall you get your bang for the buck in my opinion. 

Room pass so much worth it.

We had zero issues with our day pass. Arrived at noon. Got the room. Pool was great! Took a shower before heading to airport was key! Property is dated but for a one day stay was perfectly fine.

Great location 

We had a great time at the Condado Plaza. The views here are amazing as you get both the bay and the ocean views. The main pool has a swim-up bar and is very large. 

We had great service and since we were there on a slower day - it seemed like we had our own butler! He took such great care of us. The food was top-notch and the free champagne was really tasty (it could have been a bit more chilled, but let's not be picky!!) 

The cabana is in a secluded part of the pool deck, so unfortunately we did get a few large iguanas who seemed very hungry and slightly aggressive. But, the seclusion outweighed our little friends. It was a great spot for us to relax. 

Once you figure in everything that came with this pass, it is a great deal and highly suggest splurging a bit! Go for it! You are on vacation. :)
