Thank you to the team at Sonder the Cole for a chill staycation in Palm Springs. The highlights: Clean, spacious pool and hot tub set to the perfect temps. Stylish amenities, including comfy cabana chairs and a big stack of towels. Clean, modern bathrooms. Friendly staff attentive to all your needs. Excellent bartender who makes a mean margarita — or a mocktail if you're in the mood for some non-alcoholic refreshment. The perfect way to recharge your batteries and while away a few hours in the Palm Springs sunshine!

Stylish comfort, excellent service

I had 5 hours before my flight left town & a wanted a ‘home’ like atmosphere where I could take a video call, work, have lunch, and then log off early for a swim and cocktail. The Cole delivered on everything in spades! They had a quiet lounge to work in, delicious cocktails, a great playlist to enjoy while in the hot tub, and the nicest staff in the world. Honestly, I enjoyed some of the best customer service of my life here. Next time I come to Palm Springs, I am booking a room here instead of just an afternoon! 

Loved the Cole!

I reserved a day bed for 2 people on Labor Day weekend. This place is covid friendly. Excellent service we bought 3 bottles of champagne and some appetizers. Prices are reasonable and our servers were extremely helpful and very attentive. There's music too. Very fun environment.

Excellent service!

We had so much fun! First off it was a lovely surprise that the pool was empty and we had it to ourselves. The shaded beds were just right for taking a dip then drying off by laying in the heat and chit chatting with our friends. The guy at check in was EXTREMELY attentive, the drinks were amazing. We were sad that the cafe was closed but we were able to Uber eats food to the pool area. Also the music was great. All in all it was a cute time. 

Fun Lil Pool Day 

Nicely maintained, kitschy hotel .  I was glad a went on a hot day.  Nothing extravagant, just a nice time to relax at the pool. Pool was clean and the most important part I enjoyed was the attentive staff. I’d go again!  Had a great relaxing time 

Good chill time

The Cole hotel was amazing ! It was such a smooth check in and the staff were very friendly. They set us up with towels, gate codes and WiFi password upon entry. They told us the daily specials for drinks and food. Most of all I loved the atmosphere. It was a place for only 21 and older and it was quiet and relaxing. The outdoor  seats and tables were very nice and comfortable. For a day-cation it was great ! My friends and I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing Experience 

My friends and I needed a place to kill a few hours on a Friday so we took a risk and booked a day pass and we LOVED it. So mellow, so clean, so relaxing. The bartender was a sweetheart, provided awesome service and made us specialty mocktails. We had a great time and were very sad to leave when it was time. Highly recommend.
