First time using this out of the country, and I have to admit it was so easy and everything that was promised was true.  We had a port day from our cruise and wanted to relax and unwind and this was it 100%.  The service was excellent- the hotel staff knew exactly what we were doing and never had any issues.  The property was elegant and beautiful, also the food and drinks were delicious.  We will defiantly be doing this again it was totally worth it.

This place was amazing! The food was delicious, drinks were tasty and plentiful, the pool was perfect temperature, the beach was clean and beautiful, and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I fully plan on coming back for a longer stay!! I loved it!! I am still dreaming about the tasty tamales at the breakfast buffet!

Perfect Daycation

We enjoyed spending our day at this place. Staff is very friendly. The facilites are clean and the food is good quality. 

Great service and food

Property is nice.  We were disappointed the pools were not heated.  We were there end of March.  The air temp was high 70's low 80's, but the pools since not heated were not warm.  There wasn't even a hot tub.

Secrets -Puerto Vallarta

From the moment we arrived to the time we left everything was wonderful. The concierges at the desk was extremely helpful. He gave us a tour of the resort & showed us where restrooms, restaurants, and amenities were located. He even helped us find chairs on the beach and got us towels while we got set up. He also introduced us to one of the servers on the beach who took excellent care of us the whole time and even pointed out chairs by the pool when they available so we can move closer to the action and be in the shade. Also wanted to mention that we were able to see whales from the beach/pool area while we were relaxing. Drinks were strong and food was delicious. We would definitely return for a day pass but would love to stay overnight if we end up in Puerto Vallarta again for longer than a day!

I thoroughly enjoyed a Mother-Daughter day at Secrets recently. From the start it was top notch... we were received well and all went very smoothly.  Exceptional views, a wide variety of restaurants, snack areas, activities, pools, to keep everyone happy. We witnessed a medical emergency which was handled extremely quickly and professionally. The entertainment options were impressive with surf board yoga, trampoline aquacize, bingo, cocktail making class, Spanish lessons, remote controlled speedboat races in the pool... yet not overwhelming as they happened in a variety of places.  The food and drinks were top quality and we were treated with courtesy and friendliness everywhere. I would highly recommend this experience and would love to go back again!

Top notch experience!

Hotel itself was fine but maybe a bit overwhelming. While many of the employees were wonderful, we experienced some really upsetting and disappointing customer service. 

Terrible Customer Service

The stay was very nice and all amenities were as listed.  It would be nice if we would have been given a write up, map and overview of the site .  It was hard to find the bathrooms and also did not know the dress codes of the many restaurant options.

Great experience overall.
