Nice and relaxing day by the pool. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful.   Access to the self-service cafe & parking was included.  Family & solo traveler friendly.  Area was clean and well-kept. I'll definitely be back!  

Self-Care Day

Pool area was clean, had plenty of chairs and was mostly quiet. Definitely family friendly as there were quite a few kids running around. Pretty low key for a Saturday though!

Solo Saturday 

There was no outside bar service as it was stated there would be, however the bar staff inside was very nice. The pool was somewhat small and there were kids everywhere jumping and splashing with no adults to redirect them.

resort pass

We rented a fireside lounge area which came with a complimentary bottle of wine. It was a great deal & definitely worth the price! The staff was very friendly and attentive. My only critique would be that we did not get escorted to our fireside pit, we had to go find an empty one and eventually ask someone to remove themselves from our area because there was no indication that it was reserved for us.

Relaxing and fun!

Very easy check in process. I had a great time spending the day at the pool at the Hyatt downtown. Got food and drinks from the bar and the bartender was very nice. I do wish they had more lounge chairs verses regular chairs and wish they were in the shade as it was a very hot day, but overall great experience. Also very much appreciated the complementary parking that is included.

I went to the Hyatt for the first time using the resort pass and it was a nice experience especially since not too many people were there. The food/bar service was good, they provide towels, and there was plenty of seating. The only drawback is it borders a busy street, so there was more noise than expected.

Great location

I enjoyed an afternoon away from work. This location was lovely and quiet on a Monday. The pool was cool, and the bar staff were warm and attentive. The lunch menu is filled with delicious choices. I enjoyed a Korean sandwich and fruit. There was plenty of sun and shade. I will return for another peaceful afternoon.
