I booked online. Went to check in, it was feeling wired ppl asking about we have a day pass, asked the person if we can have umbrella, she wasnt sure, the pool ugly nothing like the pictures, overpriced also just few chairs on the left side to lay on and the rest was a restaurant so you basically look like youre laying by the restaurant, so we just decided to leave and not use the place and we went somewhere else and paid another $150, Ive sent an email to get a refund and no one got back to me yet, this is my first time using this website and so disappointed. 

Worse place ever

I grabbed a deal here a few days before July 4th for my boyfriend and I and I am SO GLAD I did. The service is BEYOND 5 stars.  Our server Alessandra was super attentive! The pool is not big but it is not a large area.  The result is you feel like you and the other guests and staff are family for a day.  The decor inside the lobby and at the pool area is very tasteful and modern. We met people there that we would love to see again! And Gina, the manager, was fantastic! She never stopped going around to the guests to make sure they were comfortable and happy! If you prefer a relaxed daycation with fewer people than at the bigger resorts, excellent service, and good food and drinks, this is the place for you!

Excellent place to relax and enjoy!

When we arrived we were a bit disappointed by the location of the VIP island (right at the pool entry & not really an island).  The pool is very small but everything was clean & the hotel has been doing some reno. We were then very impressed by all the staff & the restaurant was exceptional! We are foodies & the quality & creativity of the brunch here is amazing!
