The Day pass was extremely disappointing. The pool is small and dirty. There were only small wooden uncomfortable chairs to sit straight up in by the pool. No lounge chairs! Do not get this pool pass if you want to lay out. I did The spa pass as well. The steam room was weird, but the sauna was great and the spa staff was extremely nice. Pictures of the hotel need to be updated.

Hours listed 9a to 5pm but when arriving at hotel the pool did not open until 10am. No chaise lounges

Pool are looked much larger in pictures. Staff was amazing but drink and food prices were ridiculous 

Nice but small and procey

What a shame that you have the Westin as  an option. Never went in the pool. Smallest pool with 10 chairs near the pool. There was no seating available cause the hotel was booked full. No loungers just small wood chairs that were full. There was maybe 40 people in the pool that was standing room only. And resortspa charged me twice!!  Pick a different pool!

Over crowded, Tiny pool. Cabanas are wooden benches for nightlife not poolside comfort experience. Very disappointing.

Pictures better then experience 

I have a few hours before my evening flight and wanted a nice place to chill in the sun, and this was perfect! Not tons of seating, but there was enough, and i found a spot to chill for a few hours! Would recommend! 

Great spot to spend the day! 

Do not buy the pool day pass you cant use the pool, theres no where to sit and its all shaded waste of money. 

Waste of money

If youre looking to lounge by a pool this isnt it. The set up and size of the pool is not ideal and the service was lacking, slow and the staff inattentive 

Pool and service subpar

I enjoyed this spa! The staff were very friendly and explained all the amenities when I arrived. Comfortable slippers and robes were provided, there was nice tea in the relaxation room, and the sauna was very soothing . Big plus was the included valet parking, will be back!
