Relaxing Pool Area

As we arrive to the Hotel we checked in with the front desk they instruct us to go up to the 3rd floor where the pool is  located and check in with the staff from the pool service, we arrive at the pool and we notice no one is there to help us, we then waited for about 30 minutes, still no one to help. we decided to go back down to the front desk and enquire about our reservation since it was very confusing, they once again tell us that a staff member will be there soon to help us figure out what cabana was reserved for our group another hour goes by still no one there to assist so once again we returned to front the front desk and one of the staff members told us that they're working on getting someone to assist. We finally ended up getting set up in our cabana then one of the staff member brings the water, chips and a fruit patter that comes as part of the package and he mentions that we owe $30 resort fee, not sure why they charge this fee as it was never mentioned when booking  
  

Bad customer service

This was a perfect place for a day with young kids. The pool was warm and a great size for them. The chips and salsa and fruit platter were great. We also ordered food and drink. Staff was incredibly nice. We already booked a return day!

The kitchen/bar options are somewhat limited but they work.

Great Cabana setup and package value

Great location

It was my first time using resortpass.com.  It was pretty easy to book.  Pool area was nice.  Pool was heated.  Needed to be cleaned a bit.  Lots of bugs in the water.  Other than that, it was very nice.  Quiet.  Service at the hotel was good.  The receptionist was very helpful and so was Eduardo.

Great service and an over all great experience.

Cabana did not have much privacy and we ended up on the two lounge chairs furthest from the pool because we were constantly being splashed by children. The fruit was good the salsa was strange it arrived hot. Not worth the price in my opinion. Service fee/gratuity was included and hardly anyone came to check on us to see what we needed. Probably wont go back. 

Not what I expected 

Such a great deal! We had so much fun and the fruit plate was amazing. We will definitely do it again.

We had the most relaxing time at the pool/ cabana. It was quiet and calm. We will definitely be back!
