This was meant to be a relaxing end to our cruise vacation before us and another family we vacationed with all caught a flight home. However, upon arriving, the staff was very disorganized and rude overall. They werent welcoming at all and gave us no direction as to were to go and what amenities were available. The grounds are nothing to really look and everything seemed run down, compared to what were shown in the pictures online. There is a bar and restaurant on the grounds, but that had horrible service as well.  There was one server for all the cabanas who also was waiting on tables so the service was extremely slow and she would forget half the order we gave her.  To top it all off, we thought we were getting $50 credit towards the Tiki Bar because that was in a couple reviews on Resort Pass and that was a LIE!  We asked the desk and they said you have to book through the hotel directly to get that credit. The whole thing was VERY DECEIVING! 

POOR SERVICE and DECEIVING REVIEWS!!

Arrived at 10am, not one chair at the pool. Went to the beach, paid $12/chair for a chair that was falling apart and was given a towel that was stained and barely covered 1/4 of the chair. Also, waited over 20 minutes for a drink at the Tiki Bar and finally gave up. Pool area and cabanas are old and small. Bathrooms are in a basement. Do not recommend at all

This was my first time using Resort Pass and the experience was amazing! My husband and I pulled in, they have valet parking. Once parked it was a quick and easy check in process. We booked a cabana. It was nice and relaxing with chairs on the inside, shower, mirror, tv, and tv stand with cabinets where you can place your belongings. Than we had a love seat/sofa chair in front with table. Our waitress Jojo did an amazing job. She was extremely attentive always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. All the workers made us feel welcomed and taking care of. We will definitely be booking again!!

Great experience!!!

First time booking through this app. Found out room ready an hour before schedule. We were handed a key to the room quickly. Room was very large and clean. We got off a cruise and had a 6pm flight. $12 a chair and $12 for a beach umbrella. Beach is only steps away: gorgeous! Tiki bar restaurant was packed.  Food was ehh but they were so busy! Overall, this was a great choice and way to spend a few hours on the beach with a shower and place to store our luggage: would stay again!

My friends and I were looking for a place to go to the beach before our flights that would store our luggage and allow us to use the bathrooms. Got just that here. They store your luggage, have a beachfront bar/restaurant, give you towels, and you can rent beach chairs if youd like. Only downside was that there wasnt a shower we could use before our flights, but that was fine. Would recommend if youre looking for easy beach access and luggage storage. 

Simple and Easy

Nice location, beautiful beach, but there are no umbrellas in the pool area, very few lounge chairs, but the worst part is that this hotel listing does not mention that chairs in the pool area are free, but not the chairs and umbrellas at the beach, so we had to pay for 2 chairs and the umbrellas, so it cost us $90 for the day pass plus $36 for the chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Please include this information in the listing.

Dont buy a day pass, theres no point I spent $250 for no reason. You can walk into the bar and go on the beach completely free
