I took my pregnant friend here for her birthday..all she wanted was a heated pool and to float and thats exactly what we got! Beautiful location too 

Heated pool

Very dissatisfied with this resort and would not recommend you keep this in your portfolio. Though it appeared nice by the photos, it left a lot to be desired. I wanted a relaxing weekday getaway. I was the only one at one of the two pools. The music was very loud coming through the overheard speakers and not conducive to reading a book or relaxing. I had to go back in to the lobby and request that they turn it off, or at least disable the speaker that was right above my head. There were two jacuzzi spas on site, neither working. Even if the jets were working , the water was lukewarm and thus not very inviting. The lounge chairs looked decent enough, but in the semi reclining position there was about a 2-3 gap between the seat part and the back part so I had to roll up an extra towel to fill in the gap. Internet was a bit spotty. Had to leave the secure pool area to find a restroom to change. There was no pool service since it was a weekday but that was not clear in the ad.

Very Disappointing - Would not Return

I thought one pool was for adults only? Not the case. Also since the pools are not heated there were 6 kids in the jacuzzi splashing around. Long wait to check in. $45 was overpriced for this mediocre experience.

Checked in and offered a welcome drink at the front desk! The pool was amazing and we had a fun few hours at the pool!

Amazing Experience!

Staff was super nice and grounds looked clean and well maintained. Pool bar was awesome. 

Great family time for a getaway!

We had a nice day, the bottom hot tub was better and the upper pool was heated and tolerable even on Jan 1st. Desk attendants were nice and polite. 2 restaurants on property. Ask for a smores kit!!

Nice Day

We got the cabana for the day. Neither hot tub was hot at all, just warm. Both had non working bubbles, looked dirty with a strange green water color and smelled strong of chlorine. Called front desk twice to see if they could come fix the temp and bubbles but they never showed up. Poolside bar was closed, they close for winter which we didnt know before booking. We left after 2 hours. Total waste of money. 

Not worth it 

A nice setting and spacious: clean pools and hot tubs, entertaining poolside bar and soft music. Restaurant service delivers lunch poolside. Chaise lounges and Cabanas are modern with good quality fabrics and very clean. Service was attentive. WiFi was not functional the day I visited. The front desk transferred me to tech support but they did not respond. Lunch was tasty and all ingredients from seafood to salads to sourdough bread were farm to table fresh. Pool sits high above the lake with hotel rooms in between so Lake is not visible from the pool, but has a Mountain Views instead which are serene. Towel service was pleasing. One pool is unheated cold plunge pool the other heated and lovely.  Hot tubs were perfect and roomy. Would recommend and go again.
