The pool was beautiful and the hot tub next to it was a bonus that everyone enjoyed. We went in late fall so it was already getting a bit chilly; the pool is heated but likely only to mid-70s, so one would need to do a some laps to get use to the water. The pass comes with a glass of champagne and water, but since summer was over, there was no service that day at the pool as they had closed the pool bar and service down for the season. There are no other food/drink options pool level. I had to go from the pool (7th floor) to the front desk (70th floor) to ask them to serve us; they did send a waiter down to the pool to bring us our champagne.  For food, order from the hotel restaurant as takeout or from a delivery app and meet driver on ground floor; but one will have to go all the way to the 70th floor to ask hotel receptionist to give elevator badge access to get to the pool again. A lot of up and down in the elevator; would be great if the pass came with a key card for the day. 

Beautiful pool but no service in the off-season

First of all, the service was on point. Upon arrival the lady offered champagne but since we dont drink so we got mocktails instead. She showed us our chairs and brought big bottle of water (of your choice still or sparkling). Pool hot tub and everything was clean. I definitely recommend this deal. Will be returning for sure

Everything is a vibe

I was staying downtown for work and flew in on a Sunday morning - location was perfect, staff was extemely friendly & food was delicious.

The pool was not heated.
You had to go out the pool area to get drinks or food.
The staff was very friendly. The security guard was the nicest lady.

Pool was not heated 

This was my first time using resort pass and it was a great experience. A bit tricky to find the entrance, it is in their parking garage, possibly due to the strike happening from hotel workers. Anyway, you get to the 7th floor and you have to check in. They check your bags and sign you in and give you 2 champagne glasses and two huge water bottles. Their bathrooms are clean. Showers are outdoors, so dont expect to completely shower. Pool is great. Jacuzzi also. The view is so nice. Around 130pm the sun is blocked by the tall surrounding buildings- so plan ahead if you want to tan. Hardly any children - maybe 2. pool service is great. Wings are bomb. Prices are high, but just like at any hotel. I parked across the street at a lot for $10

Great Pool!

We had so much fun here for our anniversary. The pool deck is huge and beautiful, and the food and drinks were great. My favorite part is that your chairs are reserved so you do not have to worry about finding a place to sit. 

Amazing Pool & Views!

I really enjoyed the champayne, the city view, relaxing hot tub, and the clear blue pool water!

Vacation vibes

The pool and spa were clean and inviting. The pool was a calming visual in addition to being 4 feet only. No guessing on which end is which. The pool attendant was welcoming and kind. And a few perks too: aqua panna water and champagne.

This hotel offers reserved pool chairs which is awesome (other places just give you access to the pool but you may find yourself out of luck on a busy day and have nowhere to sit or leave your belongings.) Staff was wonderful, visit includes 2 sparkling waters and a glass of champagne. I will subtract 1 star because hotel parking is $56 which is just insane. Theres thankfully public parking for $10 nearby. Pool and vibe are nice though.
