Great daycation after a red eye 

It was lovely, check in was easy, and our room was nice and clean. My husband and I enjoyed the restaurants and the bar. I would come back just for the day again. 10/10

My husband and I spent the best day together in a long time. We needed some time away from our large family to reconnect. So, at the spur of the moment we rented a hotel room at the Hyatt. We enjoyed every moment. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect close to restaurants and other attractions. I would recommend this day action experience to couples who need time to rest and rejuvenate.

Great!! Had no problems. Checked in quick. Slept, rested, got on my way. Not far from airport. Nice, clean room.

Airport Parking

I attended a conference at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare last week. Check in was quick and parking with an oversized vehicle was also easy. The check-in desk is located on the second floor and they let me check in an hour early. There is a parking garage and lot located a little down the road that was easy to find. 

Convenient and Quick 

This hotel is in close proximity to the airport and has a convenient shuttle service. The room was very comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel for day use

Great location and service 

If the hotel is going to list a day room as an option, they need to train their front desk agents on how to the check in/check out process. I was charged $175 by the hotel even though I booked and paid through ResortPass. I went back to the desk after I had gone to my room to be talked to like the charge was normal. It wasnt until I became stern that the agent went to get the manager. Still ZERO apologies were given for the inconvenience. The manager just told the agent to refund me. I asked for a receipt that I wouldnt be charged anything and was told I would get it at check out. When I checked out, a different agent said $85.50 would be charged. I said, no. There shouldnt be a charge and that I spoke with someone already. This agent was dismissive and stopped me mid sentence to say if you talked to someone its already taken care of. I asked for the invoice and was told the receipt would be emailed. Checked the receipt and was charged $85. FOUR trips to the desk and only one apology.
