The hotel and staff were amazing! But don't waste your money reserving a cabana because they don't technically reserve them for you. EVERY CABANA was being used and I had to move someones stuff to use one, no signage or nothing reserved for us. No food, no pool service. And honestly I could have just opened the gate for anyone to come in. I wish I could get my money back! Definitely not worth booking and definitely won't be back. Oh and parking is $60 to park at the hotel but you can keep feeding the meters every two hours along the street. Do Not book this pool. Pool IS NOT heated even though I called and a staff member told me it was, I guess shes never put her feet in it before cus it was cold as ice!
