Facilities are clean and spacious. However, there are almost non-existent staff managing the amenities or enforcing rules. Children as young as a 2 year old was in the hot tub when children are not recommended to be in the hot tub. Someone brought their 8-10 year old daughter in to the men's steam room, when the rules posted said nobody under 16. 

I understand it's a family friendly facility but the lack of management or staff presence meant that the rules placed for the enjoyment of all guests were not enforced properly.

We also attempted to go to the restaurant/lounge and there was no one there. We sat for 10 minutes and checked online that it was in the hours they stated are open, and again, nobody was there. It seemed that the facility just lacked staff to manage its amenities.

We come here frequently and love this spot.  Our most recent trip was a little crowded, though.  The hot tub is the best part!

Amazing hot tub

This place is insanely beautiful! It has become my go to spot when I want to get away without going away. The pool/hot tub is the best part and it is always super clean. Definitely recommend.

Relaxing

We liked the location, clean facility, and lovely lunch on the deck overlooking the pond. The water in the pool was too cold, up another 3-4 degrees would have been better. All the natural light was great. 

Great location and big pool

There were very few guests the day we visited. Friendly families for my family of 3 to play with at first.  After a while we had the whole pool to ourselves. Some lap swimmers came later in the night. Every one was nice.  Bathrooms were clean.  It was nice they had a swimsuit dryer available for use. 

Nice pool

This was my first time using Resort Pass.  The hotel is very nice and the amenities are wonderful.  My friend and I booked the massage and day pass.  The massage was incredible and the pool is so beatiful with a glass-ceiling atrium.  Despite it being a Hyatt, it's in a secluded area that makes it feel like it's in the woods and surrounded by nature. It's very relaxing.  We even ate at the cafe and the food was really good! We will definitely make this a more regular outing and would highly recommend this place!

Amazing Day! 

I was here once in the winter and thought the pool area was very warm because of the outside temperature. Was here again today and didn't enjoy it, as the pool area is uncomfortable. Left only after two hours. 

Too hot!

The venue is absolutely stunning, the pool and hot tub are large and accommodating for the party of nine I was with. Low key they day I was there with some families and my party of nine adults.
